As you create your documents, eForms Express® will catalog all the key information about the document. The document can be printed as paper to capture a signature or notes. When it returns, it can be scanned in and routed automatically inside your document management system.

Whether you are using an EDMS, ERM, practice management software or a custom application, eForms Express® will allow you to connect, create, print and store your internal structured forms. eForms Express® uses your database information to pre-fill and ties that information to a unique bar code that is printed on each form. This allows the paper forms to be scanned back into a document management system without manually keying index values.

eForms Express® will allow you to print or email your structured forms throughout your organization.


4. Store

Form Storage is the true power of eForms Express®.  Every form that prints is bar-coded with a unique number allowing the form to be automatically routed into over 100 document management systems.
